Select which physical channel is used for virtual channel

I have two transmitters in my area both broadcasting the same channel, but only one is available on the channel lineup page. Is there any way to switch it to the other channel? The UHF channel seems to be preferred but the VHF is practically line of site. Specifically 13.1 (and sub-channels) are on physical channel 13 and 22. 13 has 100% signal and 22 is around 66% at most. And I now see that on my last channel scan the VHS channel is now used, but being able to select which channel is used would be useful.

When 2 channels with the same number are encountered, the preference will first go to the one with the higher vertical resolution (1080 > 720 > 480) and if the resolutions are the same it will keep whichever has the higher signal quality.
