" the installer is not the app so if you can see live tv there and/or recordings that is the wrong place. The current version should be 20250815"
Your first sentence threw me off. So when I posted "Clicking on the BASEURL (I assume the port is 5000) gives me Version 20210624" that was actually ...

Re: Tuner or NAS DVR Unit - How to determine which is having issues?
Ok, here is what I get
Model: WDMyCloud
SSH Enabled: Ok
SSH Session: Ok
NAS Architecture: armv7l
NAS OS update needed - please update the NAS to OS5
SUCCESS
I did upgrade to OS5 and re-ran it with the above same results. So How do I know if I have the newest version of the DVR now?

Re: Tuner or NAS DVR Unit - How to determine which is having issues?
I used the IPV4 instead of IPV6 and did get some results.
Clicking on the BASEURL (I assume the port is 5000) gives me Version 20210624.
IF that means the year 2021, June 6 24th. How do I update what needs to be updated? I did run the installer again as mentioned above.

Thank you.
Thank you.

Migrate DVR To Another WD EXT2 Ultra NAS
I have an earlier post about the issues I am facing. Since I have an identical WD EXT Ultra NAS, I am wondering the best method to migrate my HDHomeRun DVR to it.
Can I just pull the two drives out of the first one, and plug them into the second one, make sure the IP is the same (I use static) and ...

Tuner or NAS DVR Unit - How to determine which is having issues?
I have a Quatro tuner and a WD Ext Utra 2-bay drive setup as the DVR. Recently, I am noticing issues where the tuner or DVR is not loading. Rebooting fixes the issue. This last time I rebooted the tuner first and still had an issue. Rebooted the NAS, and working fine again. I am having to do this ...

Laff Channel Movie Start Times Off
I think I have a guide issue with the Laff channel 63.4. Every movie I have recorded in the last two weeks starts quite late while recording an earlier movie. Basically, it picks up recording the last half hour or so of the previous movie I am set to record. Then of course it fails to record the end ...

Slow to Populate since new Black Background Rolled Out
Wasn't sure how to write this subject.
Basically, since the new black background theme (could be just a coincidence) when I bring up the HDHomeRun software on my PC (sometimes Android), it doesn't fully come up. I have to quit it and restart. By startup, I mean not all the options are available ...

Guide Data Limited to a Few Movies and Shows
Device ID: 10718B3B
I just noticed in looking at Discover for new movies and shows, I am only see 32 movies and 40 tv shows. In other words, I am seeing a very few from my normal scrolling and listing. I did a rescan, restart of the Quatro tuner. Still limited.

Re: unofficial Docker Container for Record Engine
I have been a long time HDHomeRun user and subscriber. Been running my install on a WD MyCloud Ultra Ext2 with no issues.
I recently have built a high end UnRaid server with 8 SATA drives. It 'occurred' to me as I started decommissioning my old NAS units, if my UnRaid could host (transfer from my ...

Re: HDHomeRun UI (20250314) feedback - craigwillie
I think "Recent" and "Upcoming" is a good idea.
IMHO, I think "Recent" with without one upcoming and "Upcoming" without one recent would be fine and perhaps more clear. IE don't blend the two a bit together.
Like you suggested, "Recent" would list a dozen or so episodes recorded; and "Upcoming ...
