Issue:
One of the antenna channels I frequently watch has major guide data issues with HDHomeRun. Some of the guide data is correct, but much of it is wrong, including many shows and/or sporting events that I would want to record and/or watch live. I use Channels DVR which also has the identically incorrect guide data, so hopefully making a correction with HD Homerun will propagate over to Channels? I don't know how that works. I submitted a guide data issue ticket with Channels several weeks ago but have not received any response, so trying this.
Using Thursday 10/20 at 6PM CT as an example of some major discrepancies.
This is the guide date on the HDHomerun Guide and on Channels DVR. This is incorrect.
6:00 - Justice for the People with Judge Milian
6:30 - ES.TV
7:00 - SportsWrap with Jason Page
8:00 - The Liquidator
8:30 - Paid Programming
9:00 - Forum News Network
9:30 - Invincible
I switched to HDHomeRun and Channels DVR over a year ago, after using TiVo devices for the previous 25 years or so. I don't use the TiVo but it still works and I can compare the guide data from that. The TiVo data appears to be correct from my comparisons on previous days.
Tivo Guide for Thursday 10/20 at 6PM CT.
6:00 - Nate Brown Show (started at 5PM)
6:30 - High School Volleyball
8:30 - SSN Sports: Invincible
9:00 - Sioux Falls Live News at 9
9:30 - Front Office Sports Tonight
Hopefully, this can be resolved. Please let me know if there are any questions or anything else is needed.
Thank you,
Jeff
