Mine started doing the same thing, reception working fine on my dtvpal and changed around cables. Mine is one from the kickstarted I think. Can you tell from the diagnostic data what is going on with it?
Also, I have been meaning to ask about the ethernet port on these, cords never want to click in but it doesn't move much so I've ignored it.

The signal strength on most channels is kind of weak. What kind of antenna are you using and is there anything between the antenna and the HDHomeRun (amplifier, splitters, etc.)?

It is usually connected to an amplifier and a lte filter to a clearstream 2v antenna. I have also tried a different cable direct to the antenna with the same results. I have it through a splitter that also goes to a converter box that is picking up the stations fine. I connected my old hdhomerun and it is also not having problems with reception. Channel 13 is practically line of sight and is usually has great signal.

Please open a support ticket with a link to this thread, and make sure to include the device ID for that HDHomeRun.
