HomeRun App can't find tuner

The tuner is active, and I can connect to it directly. It went through a firmware update, and I can perform channel scans, but the HomeRun app can't find it?

The turner is in a different subnet ... I think that's the issue.
I need to figure how to configure my GL-MT6000 to handle that.
