@Captain Klunk I have the same issue, updated firmware and now I get 10 channels. Flex 4K 10A1CE30. Pretty disappointing, this thing was rock solid for years.

Thanks for enabling "send diagnostic information" and running a channel scan. It looks like a hardware fault. Drop a quick email to support and they will help... it will need to be returned so we can repair or replace.
