TV Guide schedule incorrect

Starting a week or two ago the CBS specifically local channel 9 in Oklahoma City is out of sync by an hour. For example shows that are supposed to be recording at 8:00 p.m. are being listed and recorded at 7:00 p.m.
My device ID, I think, is: 10B1EF2
At least that's all I see under devices in the settings other than Flex Quatro.
I have also just enabled sending diagnostic information in settings if that helps.
