Unable to access recording

I am currently recording the show 9-1-1 on my local ABC affiliate (WABC). When I go into the Recordings section of the HDHR Apple TV app or the HDHR Ipad app the show is not listed there. I can see that it is set to record as the guide shows a red dot next to the show. When I go into my device settings it shows 1 active recording and the tuner is active. But I have no way to access the recording. Any ideas? Device ID 10A33937

We would like to get some diagnostic data:
  1. Please go to http://hdhomerun.local
  2. Click System Status
  3. Check the Send diagnostic information box
  4. Unplug the HDHomeRun from power, wait a few seconds, then plug it back into power

I have completed these steps. I had 9-1-1 Nashville set to record right after this show and that recording was fine.

The log data doesn't go back far enough to tell us what happened with 9-1-1. If you encounter another that doesn't record (or hasn't recorded since Friday), please let us know the details and we will review.
