Windows Viewing app black screen

Hello,

i cannot view any channels using the hdhomerun software on windows. Version used 20250603(app) / 202508122 (ui)
windows 11 26100.6584
265k processor with 9070xt video card
HDHomeRun CONNECT 4K
Model: HDHR5-4K
Device ID: 1080EACC
Firmware: 20250815

i just get a black screen when tuning to any channel. any help would be appreciated.
tuner works as i can watch using emby. I can also go to tuner ip and download the stream. Any Help would be appreciated

Can you unplug the Dual and try with just the CONNECT 4K connected?
