/tuner<n>/filter in ATSC3

what is the equivalent of this in ATSC 3.0 world?

It also would be nice if something like /tuner<n>/filters existed or maybe filter info could be included in /streaminfo or /plpinfo

There isn't an equivalent. ATSC 3.0 broadcasts don't use transport streams or PIDs.
