Just out of interest, why does Tuner0 always populate, but Tuner1 is always empty?

Are you viewing 2 shows at once? Any request usually grabs the first available tuner as it uses the auto parameter. If you have the dvr, such request from sd's software will go through that and it can share the tuner to record and live view.

Other software may make you add the tuners separately.
