Live TV and Guide not working right

I just noticed this today. I'm running Windows 10 with a HDHomeRun Prime (cable card tuner). Typically, I watch a show from 9am to noon, which is recorded on channel 731. I watched that show this morning. Upon completion I typically tune in live tv. The Guide and Slice Guide were missing a bunch of channels, including channel 731, which was just recorded. I rebooted and power cycled the HDHomeRun and none of that fixed the issue. I then used VLC and was able to watch a channel that was missing from both guide's. I then also used Plex Media Server to pull up live tv on a different channel that was also missing from the guide's. I also disabled early access to new features and no help there either. Any ideas why the guide can't see all the channels?

wow, close to 200 views and not one comment. A vast majority of my channels are missing from the channel guide. As such, I can't tune into any of those missing channels. And those missing channels just happen to be my most frequently watched channels. The tuner itself sees the channels as I can use other applications to view those channels. Nobody has any help they can offer? I would appreciate it.

Sorry, there's just less and less people with CableCARD, and I have a feeling it might be a bug related to that or maybe a bug with having a high number of channels. I think Nick and I both still have CableCARD, and I will see if I can replicate this behavior on my Windows 11 mini PC. I wasn't able to replicate it on my Mac OS laptop.
