I've tried out the new Recent and Upcoming views, and they seem fine.
Upcoming: I like the ability to separate upcoming recordings from already recorded show, so this is a win.
Recent: i can see the utility for some people. It's a worthy addition, but sadly, it won't really help me. I am dealing with hundreds of recordings across many seasons. Mind you, I would not want Recent to display hundreds of episodes, which would require a lot of scrolling with such as a sparse display. What I really need is to be able to sort the recordings by name and/or season/episode number. In this way, I could locate an episode by name and delete duplicates.
I recognize that I may be in the minority.
