Sorting Episodes

I am very interested in hearing about how this feature would work, since that is my main issue with the new UI.
While I'm dreaming, I would love to see the ability to search within episode titles and descriptions.

OK. In another thread, you wrote: "Thinking Recent would include 1 upcoming followed by the most recently recorded (max 20 or 30?) in descending order by time.".

We have over 200 episodes of NOVA from about 12 seasons. It would be great to be able to navigate all the episodes sorted by recorded date and title.
