NordVPN Blocking setup and HDHR App

I've recently moved and did a complete "from scratch" setup on my home network.

When I went on my PC to setup my HDHR Flex4k it came back as "tuner not found" on the Setup App. I found that if I disabled NordVPN on my PC it was able to connect and then complete setup.

Also, watching TV on an iPad or PC using the HDHR App only works if NordVPN is disabled.

In my old house I did not have these issues.

Anyone have an idea what might be happening here? I'm going to look at my router setup but this is kinda strange.

Most VPN apps have a list of apps that are allowed to bypass the VPN and you have to add anything that needs access to the HDHomeRun to it. VPNs normally block access to the local network when connected as a security feature, which is fine if you're on the network at a coffee shop or something, but not so fine when you're on your home network and need access to your HDHomeRun.
