A new, yet another bug with the latest DVR version 20250327(UI). DVR is running on a synology DS218+.
When I open the HDHomeRun player on my mac, as it loads it appears at the bottom right of the text, disturbing “Error invoking client start” and “found 2 devices” (I have only one on my network). Then the message “Record your favorite shows with HDHomeRun DVR” appears, and after a while, the “Recorded” page showing the recordings on the NAS. However, if I try to open any of the recordings, I get the error “Data Not Found.” Worse and worse. Basically, I can no longer access and view the recorded programs. This happens on a silicon iMac, an intel iMac, and from my iPhone. I can access regularly to my NAS, e.g. through the finder of my mac, the recordings are there, I can view them e.g. with VLC. So the problem is not with the NAS or HDHomeRun connect duo device. I think it has more to do with an “improvement” that in fact is a huge deterioration. Please fix it.

Please try again, as this might have just been the guide server disruption, which is now resolved.

Working, Issue solved.
What bothers me is that in case of connection problems with the server, I might not have access to my recording in my NAS.
That's also means that in case internet is down (problems with the provider?), I would not be able to access my recordings, even if my LAN is working. Not very useful.
