HdHomerun app not loading on Roku

Have 2 of the Roku 3810x sticks. App works fine on one tv but not the other. Just stopped working.

No error message. If I click on the app, it just reverts back to the home page. Is the 3810x non-compatible or non-supported any longer? Have removed app and reloaded to no avail. Unplugged the stick and reinserted to no avail. Thanks for any help.

Do both have the same version of the app installed?

Navigate to the HDHomeRun app icon on the Roku launcher screen and press * on the remote - it will tell you the version.

Have you tried deleting the HDHomeRun app and then reinstalling it?

Yes, as stated above. Have switched the Roku sticks between the 2 tv's & unplugged the hd homerun box as well. Same scenario. I'm thinking something is up with the stick. Have no idea.

Typically that will happen on roku after a reinstall if the first channel in the list isn't playable (my understanding prior to reinstall it may be the last channel played that is unplayable). So if you have any channels that are marginal, I would suggest disabling them prior to launching the roku app. You may wish to run a channel scan and be on the newer beta firmware that stores some signal information from the time of the scan so you can easily check all the channels out from its lineup.json any quality below 70% can easily be marginal for roku (I'd actually suggest >80% quality, and you may wish strength slightly below 100% for easier diagnosis when there is high strength and low quality).
