There currently isn't a listing they can use for gsc (gracenote has to get the proper guide as the only one they have is for ott/fast rather than ota which is wrong). Since supposedly there are 100 markets with the new channel one would hope the listing comes to gracenote soon. Once they get the schedule then it is also up to the stations to notify gracenote of the change though with the hdhomerun guide SD can often map such manually once the guide becomes available. Another thing that can help move the process once it is available is if the channel actually indicates such in the psip data (in Phoenix it is now named something like Game Sho) as then in theory it should match from a scan.

Automatic mapping based on the channel name is only on the cable side, while OTA auto-matches based on a lot of other criteria. It's just a lot easier for us to do manual mapping when the channel is using a meaningful name and not the nonsense certain stations do with just naming everything as the callsign.

I did notice that the schedule is listed for my zip code on titantv. I know that's not gracenote, but maybe that means the guide data is out there somewhere.

Noticed some markets have got GSC over on zap (i.e. WACY-DT6 32.6 in appleton/green bay)... didn't appear to be switched in your market as it still lists it as jtv (same as my market for phoenix 51.7)

Supposedly around March 1st there is to be another switch with twice as many stations (busted) so it wouldn't surprise me if they send both those changes in for then but there at least is a channel now they can map to it.

Edit: one thing though is the listings I saw for WACY have all shows marked as New, I understand such is new to GSC and even OTA for the most part, I wouldn't consider them New.

Yeah, I've seen that too. Zap is garbage. I've messaged them for years to add/correct channels, giving them all relevant info (digital channel, virtual channel, call sign, etc) and they still refuse to add them. Take a look at channel 45 in my area as an example. I've told them about 45.2 and 45.3 for years. Somehow they ignore those, but added 45.4 when it went live? I don't get it. At least the epg data existing in SOME markets on there gives me hope that the SiliconDust team can manually grab it and map it. They shouldn't have to do that though, if Gracenote did their job properly. But I appreciate that they do it anyway.

Zap2It has the guide data for Busted listed for zip code 60007 on channel WCPXDT6 38.6.

Game Show Central just started giving epg for GSN. I see the same incorrect guide data on gracenote's site, but titantv is still correct.

I've spot checked several markets, including Florida, Chicago, Dallas, Green Bay, New York and obviously Iowa. All of the listings for GSC on Gracenote's site are pulling epg data from GSN.

It seems like they may be planning on switching that on Monday (or at least monday's lineup seems like today's real lineup when I checked those listings).
