Starting last night, 10/6/24, I fell victim to this error message. It happened on our living room TV and all of a sudden around 9 PM Arizona time. As all was working fine earlier. We are streaming HD HomeRun through an Amazon Firestick. We decided to go into the bedroom and use try that TV, also connected through an Amazon Firestick. Same result. I disconnected the HD HomeRun unit, then re-started. Still having the same issue. This morning the same thing. All other services work on both Firesticks (Amazon prime movies, Apple TV, etc.).
I followed the directions from another reply and enabled the send diagnostic information, in the system log, went back to channel lineup and detected channels, then started the app on one of the TVs and said yes to sending info. I then attempted viewing a few channels and even watching a recorded show. All times I rec'd the same error message. I did this today 10/7/24 around 9:11 AM Arizona time.
Can you see any logs? Any ideas?
