Hi,
I'm in the Seattle market and am trying to tune an atsc3 station (UHF 24, KOMO at 104.1 - my Flex 4k says it is not DRM encrypted in the channel lineup).
Model: HDFX-4K
Device ID: 10A76D94
Firmware: 20231214
I've enabled the option to send diag data, did a channel scan, and tried to tune with the HD Homerun app.
The config GUI shows a signal strength of 70%, signal quality of 100%, however symbol quality bounces around between 100% and 0%.
I'm not using an amp and have the cable wired directly from the antenna to the Flex 4k.
Any ideas on if this is purely a signal issue or if something else is going on? I can tune other non-atsc3 channels reasonably well from the same transmitter location.

It looks like an outage at the host station. The broadcast itself was on the air but there was no audio or video data present, just the metadata that describes what should be there.

I had a similar issue and had to set the PLP using the hdhomerun_config GUI for that channel

I'm having a similar problem every time I tried to tune in to one ATSC 3.0 signals that are not DRM locked I get an error message it's been like that for over a year I'm not able to tune into the ones that are not locked I've been reaching out to different people and no one's it seems a problem I think I'm having the same problem you are. I hope they can get this result for me I will try to figure out how to post a picture

I also tried contacting your local affiliate that's in charge of the 3.0 signal and haven't heard back from them so I hope something can be taken care of so I can receive them again thanks to whomever reach this and looking forward to your parents respect what I can do.
