firmware update fails

I just downloaded the new windows software and attempted to load 20231214 using the app and it failed. no message was given. I'm currently on 20230713. any suggestions?

Recently had to update my tuning adapter with one from VECIMA. Cox installed it and all of my TiVos work fine. When I went to run HD Homerun it won't tune any channels in. Did a rescan of the channel line up, rebooted the HD HomeRun box and still no luck. I tried to update the firmware, but that failed. I made a separate post for that issue. Just checking to see if anyone else has had this update and run into any problems.

VECIMA tuning adapters are supported, support added in the 20220822 firmware.

Can you please enable "send diagnostic information" in the HDHomeRun app settings menu then post back with the Device ID of your HDHomeRun.
