So I decided to dig into a picture quality issue I have been having for awhile that I did not use to. Not sure when it started. I have a noticable degredation if I watch via Plex as oppossed to the app on Roku. I prefer Plex just because I have all of my media viewing in one place. Watching on the Roku app the quality is great. I have noticed that the picture is transcoding in the dashboard. searching I keep seeing a mention to go to my tuners web page and to click the gear to make adjustments to say the profile. there is no gear. I have a Flex4k. also just a note that the windows server I am running Plex on has a dedicated Nvidia card for the transcoduing and a decent CPU. My friends have no issues with thier picture quality when viewing my videos which always get transcoded. Suggestions? Thanks in advance.

We had one model that had on-device transcoding, but the FLEX and CONNECT models don't have that feature. Any transcoding would he from the Plex server itself.
