HDHomeRun app for LG TV

Would anyone know why HDHomeRun app on a LGTV take over 2 minutes to load? Other then the wait time app works fine. LGTV is connected by ethernet. App worked fine for the first 3 years of TV ownership but now for the 3rd year the problem has existed.
