I posted about this a few months ago (and shared a sample recorded file with nickk) but I can't find the old post to follow-up. I'm still seeing odd freezing behavior when watching a recording from ATSC 3.0 on Windows 10 machines. Almost anything (reception glitch, hitting ff or rw, briefly switching virtual desktops) causes the video to freeze. Then the only thing I can do is go back to the menu or close the program. I do not have any problems viewing the same recordings in android or androidtv apps. I believe my last post was a recording from WCCT-DT (120.1) in November. More recently, it is present on recordings from WTIC-DT (161.1) last night and tonight.
Is this a known issue being tracked?
