Flex 4K : Red & Green Flashing Lights

Hello,
Just received a Flex 4 today and after updating the firmware and scanning the channels everything looked to be working great until downloaded the HDHR app on my Firestick and the App failed to find a HDHR device on my network. Sure enough the Flex 4k now has both the green and red lights blinking on it. I tried power cycling the device a few time and also tried a new cable plugged into another port of my router but still just red/green blinking lights. Is there anything else I should try or just send this device back?
