HDHomeRun Setup Still Shows Removed Prime Tuner

I am going all in on using my HDHomeRun antenna tuners, I have removed an HD HomeRun Prime tuner from my configuration.

I have done a rescan in the Configuration tab, rebooted PC, etc. In the HDHomeRun Setup application its still showing the Prime tuner.

How do I go about removing this cable card Prime tuner from my Configuration tab?

Set the Signal Source to Disabled and hit Apply...
