Win10 App no longer playing DRM channels

I have an HDHomeRun Prime (HDHR3-CC) with firmware version 20230713. Sometime in the past 24 hours the DRM channels just stopped playing in the Windows 10 app on my PC. The message displayed is "Unable to play channel: Content protection error". The non-DRM channels work fine. I ruled out it being a CableCard/provider problem because the DRM channels still work using the HDHomeRun app on my Google TV device.

I uninstalled and reinstalled the Windows 10 app. The problem persists.

Any ideas on what could be the problem and how I might solve it?

Certificate issue - we are waiting on the replacement and will release an app update as soon as it arrives.
