Hello,
I had the same issue, so I got the HDFX-4DT from:

I only needed en "travel adaptor" for the UK AC plug to convert it to a Schuko AC plug, to have it running here.

I did not pay double VAT, the Danish VAT, 25% was payed at the purchase @ Amazon.co.uk.

Interesting! The price didn't change when choosing delivery address (so I assumed UK prices), but it seems Amazon was already showing Finnish VAT for me in the first place. At checkout it does list the item and import fees (deposit) separately.
