Software Update 20210210 Issues - Gripweed256

After updating the software version for my HDHomeRun CONNECT 4K 1080F82B and HDHomeRun SERVIO 153071FC to Version 20210210, I cannot view any of my recordings (under the "Recorded" Tab). Also, on myhdhomerun.com, it says that the HDHomeRunRECORD Version is Version 20210121 with a red X beside it. I try to get the instructions to update the firmware, but the page http://my.hdhomerun.com/instructions/firmware-upgrade/ is blank and I cannot see the three steps to upgrade it. My "Devices" under the 'settings' (crank wheel icon) has 135071FC with a line through it and "HDHomeRun RECORD as (6.7% of 0.5 TB used) and doesn't show the ~64% capacity used on my DVR (assuming it's the 153071FC is the issue here). I've unplugged and plugged back in my 1080F82B CONNECT 4K and 135071FC to restart everything and have shut down all apps and AppleTV app to make sure everything has a fresh restart to no avail. Please help and thank you in advance!

The older DVR instance seems to be running on an Android TV box. It doesn't appear you have any older recordings on that one, so you can disable it if you want from the HDHomeRun app settings on that box. It will update as soon as the Google Play store updates the main HDHomeRun app.

For the SERVIO, please try unplugging the unit and then plugging it back in, then reply back.

Hmmm...OK. I don’t have Android TV, but I do have the Android app running on a Samsung Galaxy S7+ Tablet.

I did remove the 135071FC that had the line through it from My "Devices" under the 'settings' (crank wheel icon). I’ve restarted Servio a second time (unplug, wait 10 seconds, then plug back in). Still nothing under “Recordings” when I view it on Apple TV, iPhone app, and the Android App. I was actually watching something on DVR (previously recorded) when I clicked the links to do the firmware upgrades.

What I get on the "Recorded" screen on any app is "Your HDHomeRun DVR is ready to record". It's like none of my past DVR'd shows exist anymore. Also, shows that are supposed to record now (and for the past hour or so) aren't showing up on said screen.

I can see a list of my recordings if I go to "recorded files" on the HDHomeRunServio (153071FC) which is where the 2TB storage is located.

Yes my recordings are still on the Servio, but my HDHR clients can't even see a DVR. I power cycled my Servio several times.

I'm repeatedly getting this error when I look at the System Log for the Servio:

20210211-03:07:51 System: myhdhomerun_sync: webclient error (http error 403)
20210211-03:18:12 System: myhdhomerun_sync: webclient error (http error 403)
20210211-03:27:12 System: myhdhomerun_sync: webclient error (http error 403)
20210211-03:36:50 System: myhdhomerun_sync: webclient error (http error 403)

I believe I am having the same issues described here. I have had my equipment with consists of the Servio and the HD HomeRun Connect 4K for 6 days. Yesterday the Servio disappeared from the interface. In my account information on the windows app I am showing DVR Active as No, and under Devices it is no longer showing. Using a network watching tool I am able to see that the Servio is still online. If I enter the local name for the Servio into a web browser it brings up the Servio menu. Right now my 6 day old Servio is useless.

My system logs also get the following error:
20210211-17:17:05 System: myhdhomerun_sync: webclient error (http error 403)
20210211-17:26:45 System: myhdhomerun_sync: webclient error (http error 403)
20210211-17:35:49 System: myhdhomerun_sync: webclient error (http error 403)
20210211-17:44:52 System: myhdhomerun_sync: webclient error (http error 403)

I submitted a support ticket on this yesterday but have not heard anything back yet.

You need to update to the latest Firmware (20210210a). It is easiest if you get the latest full windows package to install it (released around 10pm PST last night) as the error prevents the device from communicating with SD to get the update itself.
