DVR Activation

Post by borncrazy1956 »

Hi
set it up, it claims to download and activate an EPG trial as soon as it connects to the internet, err, it didn't.
Plus, how is the DVR activated?, I have a quite expensive Freeview box at the moment!
Has anyone ever had a reply when raising "a ticket" for issues?
3 attempts, give up now, possibly a Ouija board for next attempt.
Any help would be very appreciated

I see two support tickets from you in the system, and each time a reply was sent within the day. You need to check your e-mail and click on the activation link. Maybe check your spam/junk folder.

Hi
Thanks for quick reply. Have checked spam and junk folders, and nothing.
This is very odd, you are correct, I have sent two request tickets.

I will send you an e-mail from an alternative address. Lately our support system seems to be tripping spam filters more than one would expect.

Message sent. Please let us know if you don't receive it. Since this might involve DVR activation, I don't want to send the activation links here in the forum (someone else could try to use the links, in theory).
