Delete the "Hide" list

My son got a little carried away with the "Hiding" capability of the UI.

I would like to go back to ground zero and reset everything that has been classified as "Hide."

Possible?

If so, what are the steps?

Search for .hidden (that's a period before hidden) and it will give you the list of hidden shows, and you can go through an unhide each.
