PCAP to TS?

PCAP to TS?

Is there a way to extract a TS file from a PCAP? All examples I've found online detect UDP multicast packets and I see that SiliconDust uses TCP sourced from port 5004. The PCAP file was from a non DRM stream. Appreciate any assistance.
