DVR Reset Gray tick (re-record)

I want to re-record some series episodes, but they show up with the gray tick and do no record. How can I reset or clear my recorded history?

Last I heard they can only reset your entire history...hopefully either per series and/or per episode is coming (i have a feeling that with that tick they now have the data they need to possibly allow such reset)

Right now we can still only reset the history for the entire account. The plan is to eventually be able to do it by episode or series, ideally by the user right in the app.

I am OK with resetting entire history. Can we do this please? What do I need to do?

Send an email to support at silicondust dot com from the email address your account is under and ask us to clear your recorded episode history.
