Servio Question

I've installed HD Servio and so far so good though have not had it record yet. In My.homerun.com it is showing a red X in front of the version number: Version 20190603. When I click on it it says firmware up to date. What does this mean and how do I fix? Also, not getting the 14 day slice guide with the drv subscription, how to fix that?

UPDATE: got the firmware issue fixed. Sill not getting the 14 day slice guide with the paid dvr subscription and can't find anything on the website on how to fix that.

Turn on early access to new features in the HDHomeRun app settings and it should show the full guide. To access this on Windows, move your mouse to the top left corner and click on the menu icon. On Xbox One, press the menu button. On Mac, click the HDHomeRun menu and select Preferences. On Android/iOS, press play/pause 13 times.
