Has anyone posted a reason for the stuttering? Is it related to the video format or encoder being used? I don’t understand why one day I watch all HBO channels with ne stuttering a couple of days later it’s come back?
Hi Jason,DRM channels are supported on devices running 10.3.3 or later.
Am I missing something. I have an iPad Air 2 with iOS 11.41. I can hear the DRM channels perfectly but every few seconds the picture will freeze and then catch up. What’ls strange is it has worked but most of the time it doesn’t. I have no problems with Amazon Prime, Netflix, Delta inflight movies. I have very little software knowledge it looks like a video buffering issue.
There is a bug that affects certain iOS devices (iPad Air 2 and iPad Pro 9.7 primarily) that causes H.264 channels (most commonly found on Comcast) to not play back smoothly. Our development team is investigating.
