Here is another update from Weigel Affiliate Support Engineer

Good morning Justin. Long story short, errors were corrected with a 3rd party provider that gives the programming guide to folks at Roku, Visio, HD Homerun, and a handful of others. This can take up to a week to filter down to your TV. Please send us another ticket online (for tracking purposes) and I will check with programming folks that handle it. As for the picture quality, I have passed it along to our group that manages our remote stations to evaluate. Thank you (and your neighbor) for reaching out to us!

Can you guys please check if the local affiliate has updated catchy comedy because you guys are missing a local program that they're going to air on that channel. If the local affiliate has updated the information I would appreciate it if you could change 31.7 back to the local affiliate it would be very much greatly appreciated in I appreciate all the hard work you guys do to keep these boxes running smoothly. Also missing the programming for May 10

I should have looked here before messaging but I see it is updated on Gracenote guide so you guys should be able to switch it back to the local opinions guide I would appreciate that here is the link proving that it has been updated. I would appreciate it if you guys could change catchy comedy 31.7 back to it's local affiliate instead of the general catchy comedy if you do you have the guide link to right now thank you.

Why isn't there no logo for Telemundo on 31.6 and catchy comedy on 31.7 WMEI there are channel logos for all other channels and for those two channels when you go to the live guide it just says Channel image. Can you guys fix that but don't change the guy to something else please keep it the local affiliate thank you
