HDHR5-4US - Only works at 10Mbps half duplex

Hello,

My HDHR5-4US only works at 10 Mbps half duplex.
Originally my power adapter for it went bad and just haven't used it for several months and finally bought a replacement from silicondust.
It is working again, but only at the very low network speed.
Previously it would work great 100 Mbps full duplex.

It is up to date as of today.
