Does this mean that Verizon shut down my cable cards ahead of Nov 5th deadline? Have lost all cable channels.
Thanks.

Something is affecting some number of PRIME units this morning. Nick is investigating now.

Re: Both Primes say "No Guide Access"
Well, after going online with Verizon, both my cable cards had disappeared from the equipment in my account,
but my tv service remained being charged with no way to receive the service.
Sounds like Verizon. Couldn't get through to a live person, was hung up on several times trying.
Couldn't find a way to cancel my tv service online.
Their online AI chatbot provided information to cancel using menus options that didn't exist.
I finally drove the chatbot crazy giving all of the details of my issues and got a live person to come on the chat.
Cancelled the TV service. Hello "YoutubeTV" I guess.
P.S. I still have my antenna and my Connect and Connect4K tuners so ok for now.
Thanks!
