Guide Data Date is wrong.

I had a show that was set to auto record tonight and it never recorded. I sent in a trouble ticket, and a jpg of the guide data portion that failed. I just noticed that the guide date is wrong for the show that was missed. For my zip, 01821 on channel 4.1, it is Sunday Sep 20, 2026.
The guide says:
60 Minutes Aired Today at 7:00 PM Sep 20,2026
Big Brother Aired Today at 8:00 PM Sep 21, 2026 (Still has a red recording dot in the guide with no recording)
Best of VMAs Aired Today at 9:00 PM Sep 21, 2026
A lot of these dates show first aired dates, which confuses me, but I am thinking the reason I did not get a recording is because of the wrong future date.
Is that date wrong with my box, does anyone know?

ETA: Just checking "Manage Tasks" and it is set for "Record All Seasons", so I'm not sure why it wasn't recorded.
ETA: One other thing, I setup a one time recording for a show on my channel 25.1 which did record at 8:00PM and it says "Aired Today at 8:00 PM Sep 21, 2026" as well, so I'm not sure what's going on. But, I do know I can't trust it now.

News programs typically always use the original date of first broadcast. What causes it to record is the "new" flag if you have a rule set for the series. But from what I can see from gracenote is that the 3 you mentioned are marked as new so they should have recorded.
Also keep in mind that date/times are UTC (though should display in app properly).

What are you recording to (drive on hdhr, nas, pc, mac...)? Do you have more than one recording engine running on your network?

Recording to a usb drive attached to the hdhr, and it has worked perfectly up until this issue. Only one recording engine, the hdhr iteslf.

ETA: Using the Roku app, the guide does show the correct date of Sep 20 AND Aired today at 8:00 PM Sep 21, 2026.

We have confirmed a bug in the display of the original air date on various platforms. Updates are being worked on.
