UHF App XML URL issues

I started subscribing to the DVR service and EPG. I am trying to also get my HDHR connect duo to work on the UHF app on Apple TV. I created a new playlist and was able to add my HDHR at 192.168.12.163/lineup.m3u, but of course the lineup.xml does not work. So I have been constantly reading about what to put in the place of ...lineup.xml, to get the dvd 14 day guide. I have my device ID 10618353 and I have the deviceAuth. If I ask Gemini, it will create a link for me, 1st trying my email and device id, then a different link trying to use my deviceAUTH. However the links do not work and I keep getting EPG sync failed.

Please help. My brain might explode
