ATSC 3.0 WBNX now using Silicon Dust Certificate Authority

So here are my questions.
1) Can (or will) WBNX 'feature' DRM in everyday programming?
2) If so, will an HDHomeRun be able to view that DRM 'protected' programming?

Inquiring minds want to know. I probably should know already, but somebody please lead me by the hand.

I did find this encouraging, even if not directly related to DRM?
“The ATSC3CA™ OCSP solution means stations will stay on air. This partnership allows broadcasters access to an ATSC 3.0 security expert. Certificates from the ATSC 3.0 Certificate Authority meet all ATSC 3.0 requirements and do not require a contract with the A3SA, or any other party, to be compliant with ATSC 3.0 security requirements.”

I'm confused. Does a station need a 3rd party ATSC 3.0 certificate to broadcast? I thought ATSC 1.0 and 3.0 were self-certifying things. Broadcasters just filed their intended compliance with the FCC. And TV makers declared they were ATSC 1.0 (or now ATSC 3.0) compliant.

Not to be confused with A3SA cerfity DRM junk that is a proprietary, secretive, closed organization adding certifiable goop on top of ATSC 3.0.
