Missing Guide Data

The NBC affiliate in my area added another sub channel and the guide data is missing
The affiliate is KTIV the sub channel is 4.7 which is Matrix Midwest the call letters are
KTIVMTX

I added the listings for the main Matrix Midwest, which is carried on KMOV in St. Louis. I have no idea if the non-sports content will be correct since part of the schedule is carrying repeats of KMOV's newscasts, and it makes little sense to show those in Sioux City, but maybe it will work out since they're both channel 4 and they might just sub in KTIV's newcast. If it's completely off, let us know and we'll have to put in a request with the guide provider to get with Grey/KTIV to get a proper local listing set up for that channel.

It is just MyTV in St. Louis when there isn't a game or other related programming on. They must have a different feed for Sioux City since another station has the MyTV affiliation there. We have opened a case with the guide provider to see if they can get the correct listing info from the broadcaster and set that up. I have removed the other listing for now.

is their an update on the on the guide data for Sioux City station KTIV sub channel 4.7 as guide data was missing the sub channel is matrix midwest and I have confirmed this with KTIV via email

KTIV needs to contact Gracenote/Nielsen to get listings set up for that channel as they don't currently have it. The screenshot you sent appears to be using data from a different provider. We have opened a case with Gracenote asking them to get listings for the channel, but it tends to get done a lot faster if the broadcaster requests it from their side.
