Error: Internet required on initial startup-not a new install

iPhone and iPad IOS 26.5.2 HDHOMERUN V20260710
HDHomeRun Fllex 4K Hardware Model HDFX-4K Firmware Version 20260326
HDHomeRun works on my TCL Roku tv. On my iPhone and iPad I get “Error: Internet required on initial startup”. The iPhone and iPad have been working until this release. This is not a new install. I restarted the iPhone, the iPad, and the Flex 4K. No joy.
Anyone have any ideas?

Very odd. Obviously they have internet access because the app update installed.

Are you running any special security software that could be interfering?

What iOS version?

Do you have lockdown mode enabled on the iOS devices?

Using eero 7 WiFi mesh network. Norton 360 antivirus
No iOS lockdown
All was working fine before HDHOMERUN V20260710
I can access the Flex 4K from Safarii using the ip address and can see all the recorded shows
When I click “ok” on the Internet required on initial startup it terminates HDhomerun and I can’t do any troubleshooting.
Like I said, all was well before HDHOMERUN V20260710.

Additional information.
The iPad does not have Norton 360. It has no antivirus app. Only the protection provided by IOS. The iPad has the same error as the iPhone.

Resolved
It appears a new UI was released last night. 20260713 that fixed the issue.

The Apple App Store say the latest version is 20260710 not 20260713.

Not sure how my UI was updated as I have auto update turned off but I got a new UI version.
