the more facts the fcc has, the more likely silicondust will knock the broadcasters on their ass.

Very nice summary. Combined with previous submittals, I think you've put together some very compelling arguments.
So, what happens next? Is there formal deadline (calendar date) that in which the FCC has to respond to comments or make any sort of decision? Or is this one of those issues that will continue on until ATSC-4.0 is proposed and we'll end up by-passing ATSC-3.0 all together?

They'll post something when it's ready. There is a massive amount of work that goes into all of the documents they produce, just look at all the footnotes.
