Guide issue Pocatello/IdahoFalls 31.3
Guide issue Pocatello/IdahoFalls 31.3
Device ID: 106869D7
Location: Pocatello, ID
Channel: 31.3 HNI
The guide is three hours early. For example, I'm watching Jag at 4pm MDT. The SiliconDust schedule incorrectly indicates that CSI: Crime Scene Investigation (S13E15) is airing at that time. The EPG for all major network programming is correct.

Re: Guide issue Pocatello/IdahoFalls 31.3
Switched to the Pacific listing.
Re: Guide issue Pocatello/IdahoFalls 31.3
How long should it take for this change to take effect? I haven't seen any change yet.

Re: Guide issue Pocatello/IdahoFalls 31.3
About 2 minutes after I made the change. I am showing that the listings for 31.3 are correct for the Pacific feed. Currently at 8:13 MT it is Walker, followed by Star Trek, then TNG, then DS9, then Voyager. Eastern feed is currently DS9, then Voyager, then Enterprise, then several episodes of Highlander.
Re: Guide issue Pocatello/IdahoFalls 31.3
I don't know what to say... NOTHING has changed on the EPG I'm seeing since my initial post... it is still 3 hours ahead of reality. Similar goes for on ch3.1 mentioned on my other post at about the same time... ch3.1 remains one hour ahead of reality.

Re: Guide issue Pocatello/IdahoFalls 31.3
Are you using the HDHomeRun app or something else?
Re: Guide issue Pocatello/IdahoFalls 31.3
I'm using both the Silicon Dust app on my Amazon Firestick as well as the Silicon Dust EPG option within my NextPVR software. Both agree with each other.

Re: Guide issue Pocatello/IdahoFalls 31.3
FWIW, comparing the online guides at Gracenote and TitanTV for zipcode 83201, Gracenote is skewed for 3.1 and 31.3 as described by turndave while TitanTV looks correct. It might ultimately be up to Weigel to work with Gracenote to fix those. Might be another MeTV and H&I in the mountain timezone that are correct to point to, but a quick search of a couple big cities didn't turn any up for me.
Re: Guide issue Pocatello/IdahoFalls 31.3
Gracenote's data is wrong, which is why I switched away from it. 3.1 is set to use Weigel's Utah station's MeTV and 31.3 is set to use the Pacific feed of H&I. Here is the data straight off the server for 31.3 for 106869D7.
First CSI start time is 1782954000 = Thu Jul 02 2026 01:00:00 GMT+0000, subtract 6 hours to get to MDT = 19:00.
Second CSI start time is 1782957600 = Thu Jul 02 2026 02:00:00 GMT+0000, or 20:00 MDT
Star Trek start time is 1782961200 = Thu Jul 02 2026 03:00:00 GMT+0000, or 21:00 MDT
TNG start time is 1782964800 = Thu Jul 02 2026 04:00:00 GMT+0000, or 22:00 MDT
DS9 start time is 1782968400 = Thu Jul 02 2026 05:00:00 GMT+0000, or 23:00 MDT
So everything there is lining up as it should. Can you send a picture of what you're seeing in the app in that 7/8/9 timeslot?

Re: Guide issue Pocatello/IdahoFalls 31.3
Forgive my ignorance... I can't see how to attach a file to this post. It is actually 4 files to cover that time period on two channels.

Re: Guide issue Pocatello/IdahoFalls 31.3
Email has been sent. And BTW, what you listed from your server matches what is actually being broadcast. So... it appears that there is some bug regarding what is actually being fed to my particular HDHR... it isn't getting what your server thinks it is sending me. Just to confuse things a bit... I actually have two HDHRs... one is HDHR3-US (ID: 1033FA1F) and the one I have been referencing in this post is the newer HDHR5-2US (ID: 106869D7). My NextPVR software is only configured to use the latter for the Silicondust EPG. I see no way to distinguish between which HDHR is being used by the Silicondust software ("HDHomerun") on my Windows desktop or used by the Firestick. But the guide data displayed by the Silicondust software is identical to what NextPVR is getting from Silicondust. So my assumption at present is that there is a bug of some sort at the server end where it isn't sending the data it thinks it is to my devices.
