RESOLVED: HDHomerun discovery problem Samsung Tablet

I've been using a Samsung Tablet on my desk to watch HDHomerun. The software starts with the HDHomerun explosion splash screen and then displays below. Then goes black and eventually will splash "Error No HDHomeRun tuners found...". Any thoughts on repair? I have uninstalled and then re-installed the software on the tablet.

My Bad. I found a network issue on the tablet. While I thought I killed Tailscale, it was still running. We can cancel this post as resolved. Appreciate the reply above from PL1.
