Phoenix 31.4 RetroTV off by 3 hours

I assume we should have a west coast feed of this as at 7pm (mst/pdt) Doctor Who is on but guide says 21 Jump Street which according to retro tv web site will come on at 10 but the guide there does say all times listed are eastern but it really seems the listed times there are actually eastern/pacific as it would match a pacific feed.

I'm sure there are a few others off and there are some channels I'm getting without data 31.6, 31.7, and 31.8 which should match the names of channels (oan+, ace, correction 31.7 seems to be infomercials so may not have correct name) but that is probably the main one I would like corrected quickly if possible.

The next week and a half I'm very busy with work but then will have more time to thoroughly check things.
