Recording channel which has no guide information

Is it possible to record a specific time interval on a channel for which the guide shows no programming information.

For example the guide for my channel 15.12 has no program info, but I know from another guide that a show I would like to record is on at 5AM and runs for an hour.

No, but we can try to get guide for the channel for you.

What is the Device ID of your HDHomeRun and what channel is on 15.12?
