Unable to Play Channel: No Video Data Message

I began receiving this error message on a ATSC 3.0 channel on 3/23, any help with this is appreciated.

Channel: 104.1 NBC (WOAI)
RF: 32

The other stations on this RF channel tune normally (102.1 MyN, 129.1 Fox, 135.1 CW).

Device: Flex 4k
Device ID: 10A79847
Firmware: 20260326

It looks like it was tuning after the channel scan.

I just tried it. Same result, initial black screen and then the same message.

The station could be having issues. Since yesterday, our standard SD station BUZZR (and the others on that RF channel) are black but the signal strength is at 100%. When that happens, my TCL TV tuner will show "No Video or Audio!". When tuning on the HDHR, it stays black for a few seconds then displays the "No Video Data" like you see. Don't be surprised if they are messing with your station and you soon see the dreaded "Encrypted Channel" message.

I hope it's just a station issue and not DRM.

I was looking at Config GUI and when I initially tune the channel I get 100/100/100 and a network rate of 3-4 Mbps, but after about 10 seconds everything goes to zero.
