Can't create some Auto Records

Hello, I am a new owner of Flex Duo. I received the unit yesterday, and set up some single episode recordings without a subscription. After deciding I was satisfied with the product, I purchased a DVR subscription today.

After activating the subscription, most of the recordings I had set up without the subscription have disappeared from Tasks and the Guide screen (no red dot.) When I go through the procedure to set up an Auto Record, it fails. There is no error message, it just doesn't show up in Tasks, the Guide, or the Upcoming section of the Explore screen. I have been able to create some new single episode recordings of them.

I have tried to create the Auto Records on 3 different platforms: Roku, Windows 11, and Samsung Android. All were unsuccessful, so the problem appears to be platform-independent.

I have been able to successfully create Auto Records of series that I had not scheduled before I activated the subscription.

I would appreciate any help. Thank you.

What is the device ID for your HDHomeRun?

Well, it's working now on all except one series. I'm thinking it had to get past the last single recording I'd scheduled for each individual series, even though those recordings were no longer actually scheduled. The one it's still not working for, I may have scheduled out for a week or more without the subscription.

@jasonl, if you would still like to investigate, my device ID is 10971A20. The series that I still can't AutoRecord is "Eyewitness News at 11pm" on channel 9.1 .

BTW, the Roku app has crashed a couple of times, and then displayed a debug screen when I restarted the app. Is there something I should be doing about those? I'm not aware of a way to take a screenshot on Roku, but I guess I could take a couple of photos of it with my phone if that would be helpful.

I am seeing a series recording in place for Eyewitness News at 11pm.

For Roku, right now, no. We have a new release in the works that fixes several issues that will hopefully be submitted to Roku tomorrow and go live next week. Once you get the new version, if you continue to see the crash+debug message, please send us the pictures of that for the team to review.
